It's Crunch Time!
Another rainy day. Ismay is working hard to get ready for summer. Her favorite move of the month is the leg lift! She loves how it makes her abs feel (especially her lower abs)! Add this move into your workout for lean abs! Ismay especially found this site great for some ab exercise ideas. ;-)
Don't forget, abs start in the kitchen so drink tons of water, eat lean protein and water-based veggies, and stick to eating the majority of your carbs during the day so that you can burn them off throughout!
